1. Definitions

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits: Deposit transactions are typically processed instantly. bet66 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges for which bet66 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on your Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 for e-wallets; RM 50 for bank transfers. Minimum amounts are subject to change and will be displayed in the cashier section at the time of withdrawal.

Where there is any conflict between general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet66 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other method to disguise your true location.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.

• Collusion with other Players, whether in casino games or sports betting, to gain an unfair advantage.

9. Suspension & Termination

bet66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (among others):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination of an Account, any verified Funds not subject to dispute or investigation will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold and any outstanding wagering obligations.

10. Intellectual Property
